On April 12^th, some YSB staff members filled an entire table (or 2) at the Jay County cancer society’s latest fundraiser, Dueling Pianos!

The event included a few food trucks, a 50/50, and several awesome raffle prizes, and of course some great entertainment. What better way to promote wellness than singing along to “Sweet Caroline” while helping to raise money for a great cause. Over the course of the night, some of us slowly started to lip-sync along, some of us started to sing softly out loud, and some of us started to dance in our seats.  It was a great way for us to de-stress after a gloomy, dark winter.  Although I was proud and happy to see my co-workers let loose and enjoy the evening, I realized that we are in the “helping” business for a reason……..none of us can sing. Thank you to everybody involved in making the night a success.  Congratulations to the Jay county cancer society for reportedly raising $42,806 that night!
